How It Plays Out

Recital Night

The mirror goes up in your lobby before doors open. At intermission, families line up — kids still in costume, hair and makeup done. Every family walks out with a studio-branded print strip and the digital photos already on their phone.

Competition Day

Between heats, dancers capture the costume, the number, and the nerves-turned-confidence — full length, head to heel. The team photo at the end of the day becomes the one everyone posts.

The booth becomes part of the party — GIFs and boomerangs between songs, group shots that fill the frame, and a stream of tagged posts that market your next event for you.

We've Got Answers

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for recital season (typically April–June), which is our busiest time. For off-season events, 2–3 weeks is usually plenty — but the sooner, the better to secure your date.
We arrive 60–90 minutes before your event start time to set up and test everything. Breakdown typically takes 30–45 minutes after the rental period ends. All of this is outside your contracted rental hours — your time is your time.
Absolutely — and we love doing it. We'll design a custom print overlay that includes your studio name, logo, event name, and date. We send a proof for your approval before the event. This is included in every package.
Within 24–48 hours of your event, we'll send you a private gallery link with every photo from the night in high resolution. You share the link with your families and they can download, print, and share to their heart's content.
Our mirror booth footprint is surprisingly compact — we need roughly a 8×8 ft area including the backdrop. We've worked in theater lobbies, dance studio waiting rooms, school gymnasiums, and banquet halls. Just let us know the space and we'll make it work.
We serve the greater Charlotte area including Ballantyne, Huntersville, Concord, Gastonia, Monroe, and surrounding communities. Travel outside our standard radius may include a small travel fee — just reach out and we'll work it out.
We understand that events change — especially in the world of dance. We handle rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis and always try to work with you. Full details are included in your event agreement at the time of booking.
